Delivery charges

United Kingdom - Free Delivery on all orders over £100.

£3.80 delivery charge for all orders under £100.

Europe - £10 delivery charge on all orders.

International - For items destined for international locations on all orders £20.


Delivery Times

United Kingdom

Covid 19 delivery update - order’s dispatched 2 working days. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for deliveries. Deliveries are taking longer then usual in these unprecedented times. 


Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day. Items will be delivered within 3-4 working days of an order being placed.
Customers will be notified if for any reason dispatch is expected to take longer then three working days.
A recorded delivery service will be used and a tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been processed.

International

Items will be delivered within 7 working days of an order being placed.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Customers will be notified if for any reason dispatch is expected to take longer then three working days.

Shipping Sprays and Aerosols

Unfortunately due to the hazardous nature of certain sprays and aerosols, any order containing dangerous goods are subject to an additional shipping fee of £7.00.


Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to exchange your product or a refund.

To give you piece of mind, we provide a 30 day returns policy – providing footwear is not damaged or worn outside the home. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs related to returning any items. IMPORTANTLY- the item must be returned using recorded delivery / track-able shipping service with an appropriate shipping insurance. We will not take any responsibility over items lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
